The binding license for the iOS app is Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. The points below are the plain-language terms specific to Deviate.
What Deviate is
Deviate is an information tool. It compares historical win rates with live prices on Kalshi, a prediction-market exchange, and notifies you when they diverge. It does not place trades, hold funds, or accept wagers.
Not financial advice
Nothing in the app is investment, trading, or gambling advice. Historical frequencies are not guarantees. Any trading decision you make, on Kalshi or anywhere else, is yours alone and subject to that platform's terms and your local laws. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
Subscription
- Deviate is subscription-only: a 1-week free trial, then $9.99 per month or the locally displayed price.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting your Deviate account does not cancel the Apple subscription.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. Alerts depend on third-party data that can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and alerts may be missed or late. We are not liable for trading losses or for decisions made based on the app.
