Privacy Policy
This policy describes the personal data Deviate collects and how it is used. Deviate contains no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking across other apps. We do not sell personal data.
What we collect
- Account. Your email address and a sign-in credential: a password, or a token from Apple or Google if you use those sign-in options. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us in plain text.
- Preferences. The sports you follow, alert thresholds, quiet hours, and notification settings.
- Push token. A device identifier issued by Apple, used only to deliver your notifications.
- Subscription status. Whether your subscription is active, as reported by Apple. We never see your payment details; Apple processes all payments.
That is the complete list. Deviate does not collect location, contacts, photos, browsing history, or usage analytics. The sports and market information shown in the app is public data and contains nothing about you.
Service providers
The data above is processed only by the services that make the app work: Supabase (sign-in and database), RevenueCat (subscription receipt validation), Apple (payments and notification delivery), and Expo (notification delivery). Each receives only what its function requires. No other third party receives personal data.
Deleting your data
In the app, open the Account tab and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your sign-in, preferences, and push tokens. You may also email team.tmlabs@gmail.com and we will delete your account for you. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Apple subscription; manage that in your Apple ID settings.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists and is deleted when you delete the account.
Age
Deviate is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed at children.
